Read the archive you already have.
X hands you your posting history as a folder of JavaScript files you cannot read. Almanak turns it into a timeline you drag through years of, every photo you posted, and analysis that states its own denominators. It all runs in this browser — nothing is uploaded.
That is the actual app running above, not a recording. Click it, then drag the track or open Gallery and Analysis. The archive inside is invented — a fictional account with eight years of plausible posting, so every panel has something real to show. Nobody wrote those posts.
You need your archive first.

Ask X for it.
Settings → Your account → Download an archive of your data. It takes a day or two to arrive, so start it now and come back.

Drop the ZIP in.
Or pick the unzipped folder. Nothing is sent anywhere — the page reads it from your disk and remembers the folder so you only pick it once.
